Descripción
This premium selvedge denim is woven on a Japanese shuttle loom and features a distinctive herringbone twill construction. The alternating diagonal lines create a subtle chevron pattern, giving the cloth greater texture and visual depth than conventional denim.
Made from organic cotton blended with a small amount of spandex, the fabric has a firm, dry hand with gentle comfort stretch. It begins crisp and structured but gradually softens and moulds to the wearer with continued use.
The raw indigo warp yarns are rope-dyed, allowing the denim to develop individual fades, creases, and high-contrast areas with wear and washing. A classic red-line selvedge finishes the narrow woven edge and can be incorporated into cuffs, hems, seams, and other design details.

Care Instructions
This is raw, unsanforized denim and may shrink during its first soak or wash. We strongly recommend washing a measured swatch before cutting or pre-soaking the complete length before garment construction.
Wash separately in cold water using a mild detergent. Raw indigo may release colour and transfer through rubbing or contact with moisture, particularly when new. Keep away from pale clothing, furniture, and other light-coloured surfaces during early handling and wear.
Do not bleach or use harsh fabric softeners. Avoid wringing and high-temperature tumble drying. Air dry naturally in the shade.
Please Note
The term “Japanese shuttle loom” refers to the machinery used to weave the fabric and does not indicate that the fabric was manufactured in Japan.
Raw indigo denim is intended to fade and evolve. Variations in colour and surface texture are part of its character and should not be considered defects.
The 33-inch width is narrower than standard apparel fabric. Please allow additional yardage for pattern placement, shrinkage, and selvedge detailing.
