Earth Archive is a handwoven melange hemp with a beautifully dry, matte surface and fine, peppered colour. The intermingling tones within the yarn give each shade depth and movement rather than the flat appearance of a conventionally dyed solid fabric.
At approximately 380 GSM, it is substantial and reassuringly weighty, with enough body for structured silhouettes while still settling into broad, relaxed folds. Its raw, understated character makes it especially beautiful for minimal garments, workwear-inspired pieces and considered home textiles.
Every shade in this collection is naturally dyed. Subtle tonal shifts, occasional slubs and small irregularities are characteristic of the natural dyeing and handweaving processes. No two lengths will be entirely identical, and that quiet individuality is part of the cloth.

NATURAL DYE & HANDWOVEN NOTE
Natural dyes respond to light, water, and time differently from synthetic dyes. Gentle tonal evolution is normal and should be considered part of the fabric’s character. Slight variations between dye lots may occur.
The handwoven construction may contain occasional slubs, irregular yarns or subtle changes in weave density. These are inherent characteristics rather than manufacturing defects.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. We recommend ordering a swatch when precise colour matching is important.
CARE
Hand wash separately in cold water using a mild, pH-neutral detergent. Do not bleach, scrub or soak for extended periods. Dry naturally in the shade and avoid prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. Iron on the reverse at a medium temperature.
We recommend washing and testing a small swatch before cutting the complete length.
