Yak wool is a natural animal fibre and may display gentle fuzzing, occasional pilling, tonal variation, and minor irregularities in texture. These are normal characteristics of natural wool and do not indicate a defect.

Pilling may occur in areas exposed to repeated friction. It can be removed carefully using a suitable wool comb or fabric shaver without pressing too firmly into the surface.
