Woven on a shuttle loom, the fabric has subtle slubs, gentle irregularities, and an artisanal surface that distinguishes it from flat, industrially produced denim. It may feel slightly crisp initially but will soften beautifully with wear and washing.

The slower weaving process creates a compact yet characterful fabric with natural yarn variation and softly defined texture. Its narrow 30-inch width and double red selvedge reflect its traditional loom-made construction.

The indigo variation features the familiar contrast between an indigo face and lighter yarns beneath. The white variation offers the same artisanal denim structure in a clean, versatile neutral.

### Wash & Care

Wash separately in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not bleach or soak with light-coloured fabrics.

The indigo variation may bleed or crock, particularly during the first few washes. This is a natural characteristic of indigo-dyed denim rather than a defect. The colour will gradually fade and develop a distinctive patina with wear and washing.

Line dry naturally in the shade and avoid tumble drying. Press on medium heat from the reverse side if required.

Pre-washing is recommended before cutting. Allow for possible shrinkage and purchase sufficient fabric for your project, especially considering its narrow 30-inch width.
