Mulberry Claret is a richly coloured handwoven herringbone tweed made from 80% wool and 20% recycled PET. Its tonal herringbone structure creates a fine, rhythmic surface that becomes increasingly visible as light moves across the fabric.

The colour sits beautifully between mulberry, crimson and deep claret. It is more complex than a conventional burgundy: illuminated areas reveal a saturated berry-red, while folds and shadows deepen toward dark wine. This variation gives the fabric exceptional visual richness without introducing a contrasting pattern.

At approximately 350 GSM, this is a substantial outerwear-weight tweed with a warm, wool-rich handle. It has enough body for tailored silhouettes, defined seams and structured garment details, while remaining pliable rather than rigid or board-like.
